I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Houston, TX) in Aug 2021
Interview
Interview process was very simple, prompt, and comfortable. Questions were all behavioral. They seek candidates that exude confidence in cultivating relationships with clients and are willing to learn. I was recruited from a convention and all interactions from beginning to end were extremely positive. They accepted my pay request no questions asked. I am fully aware that hours will be long and no workplace is perfect, but it is a learning opportunity I am willing to arise to. That is what internships are for.
