I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Washington, DC) in Jan 2014
Interview
I applied through my university's consortium. We met in D.C. there were several hundred students and employers at a job fair and everyone had very short 15 minutes get to know the company interview. It was fairly relaxed and the interviewers did not try to trick me or ask any technical questions. A few weeks later I was invited to visit their office and interviewed one on one with 4 or 5 people from the practice. I was the only interviewee, not a super day. Again everyone just looked at my resume and talked about a specific factor.
