BEAR Home Improvements interview questions

Briefly spoke over the phone. Never really asked questions but more of telling me about them. Sit down interview was maybe 20 minutes. Again never asked questions about my background, scenarios etc. It was about the job. Next day I was called and offered the position. I had some questions and asked him them. Most were answered, some were not. I asked for a few days to think it over. I was offered on a Tuesday accepted on a Friday mid January. Told him I'd give my employer 2 weeks notice and could start February 1st. The week leading up to Feb 1st, I could not reach my contact or anyone else. Finally started Feb 8th, 1 week after I should have started.
