Interview
It requires behavioral based interviews which if you prepare in advance can go smoothly. It also requires that you interview with a diverse panel which is good. The turn around time can take some time to hear back after an interview.
Pretty smooth. There was an initial screen from a recruiter and then I met with the direct hiring manager and then a senior business analyst for the other part of the interview process. STAR format and past experience. They also asked about excel and power bi experience
