Interview
I applied online through the company's website. Two weeks later, I received a call from the HR inviting me for an interview with the manager and a senior structural engineer. I was interviewed in their office in Carnwath and the interview lasted for 2 hours.

Question 1
The questions were all technical based on what's mentioned in my CV. I was also given a structural engineering test (3 questions) to finish them in 30 minutes. The questions included structural analysis and drawing bending moment diagrams.
