I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BHP (Houston, TX)
Interview
Applied online. About a week later, HR calls to set up an interview with the hiring manager. Before meeting face to face, I received an email to take an assessment. I suppose I "passed it" because my interview wasn't cancelled...LOL.
Hiring manager had a script but did not read from it. Nice question mix. The conversation flowed very smoothly. One of the best interviews I have had.
A few days later, I get a call from HR telling me that I will receive some emails that contained links for more assessments. I had to do personality test, verbal reasoning, and a somewhat challenging math test. I was certain I was toast after the math test (fractions were a loooong time ago)
More days pass, I get a call from HR asking my salary requirements. I gave them my range and their response was "cool". I knew then and there, BHP is where I wanted to be. The next day, I get an email from HR with background check and drug test consent forms. Filled out the paperwork. Took the drug test the next day.
Fast forward 5 days...offer letter emailed to me!! Can you say stoked?
Verdict: Awesome interview process. All contact is with HR after the interview. Their HR department is very competent and responds quickly.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at BHP (Houston, TX) in Nov 2017
Interview
On-campus interviews conducted within a time span of 3 weeks with 1 group interview then 1 one-on-one interview. Waited a week to hear back from group interview, then scheduled the one-on-one interview a week afterwards. Overall smooth process, not much intensity or difficulty.
