Pretty intensive recruitment process with assessment and video interview. The online application was fairly easy but the online assessment was quite tricky. The questions in the video interview were just absurd and put you off

One way video interview with 6 questions. You get 3 attempts to re-record the answers. Took about 30 minutes to complete. All the questions expected to use the STAR method.

online pre interview - okay just took a lot longer then i expected. it was the pre interview thing to get an interview. had a bunch of questions that u had to record yourself was kinda frustrating
