The Interview: The conversation itself felt unstructured. At the very end of the chat, the interviewer abruptly asked me to share my screen on the spot and perform a live, real-time marketing analysis of their own website without any prior warning or preparation time. The Aftermath: Following the interview, the company completely ghosted me for nearly a month. Despite multiple polite follow-ups, I received zero communication until I had to use a personal premium message to force a response, only to be given a generic rejection template.
