Interview
Very casual. I was interviewed in the manager's home by herself and her assistant. She was more interested in getting to know you as a person rather than your qualifications. I was initially turned down for another candidate but was contacted about two weeks later for hire since one of their Sourcers withdrew. I declined since I already had another job offer.

Interview
Casual with manager and owner. We sat on sofas and talked about what recruiters; what industy's they support; and the typical trajectory of growth. It was fun. They made me comfortable.
