The first round was an online recording, and the second was a meeting with one hiring manager. They didn't get back to me for a very long time and later I received an automatic rejection email.

Short online video interview. Basic screening questions such as describing your background, and why BMO excites you. In addition, you were given time to prepare for each question. Overall fairly easy.

Once you get the interview know you’ve made it to the top 1%. Breathe and answer questions eloquently, try not to be too cocky but also present yourself well. Remember they probably spent very little time on your resume so it doesn’t hurt to remind them of the things you did. Regardless, good luck if you made it this far just push a little bit more and you got this!
