I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BMO Financial Group (Vancouver, BC) in Dec 2014
Interview
Phone interview was thirty minutes with a recruiter, and two days later I had one on one interview with a hiring specialist. The whole process took about a week. Be prepared for behavioural questions! That will help you do great interview and land on the job. Show your eagerness to the HR and maybe a nice people-touch by bring him/her a thank-you note will definitely help build up your personal presentation.

The video interview presented questions one by one & I'd to record a response for each question. For each question, I've a max. of 3 attempts to record & answer it.

Why are you interested in the role and a career with BMO?
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.
