I applied it on online. About several weeks later, I got a phone to book a phone interview. Phone interview is so general about the sales experience. Several weeks later, I got a phone that told me I got a interview with branch manager. This interview is quite long, about 2 hours. But the questions are not hard.

All questions are about sales experience.. nothing difficult.....
Super easy, about two rounds with two people. The meetings went smoothly. In person walk ins to meet the manager helped. There isn’t much difficulty. Standard interview questions were asked as well.

Online One way interview. Multiple questions, would be given time before the question to think about before needing to answer. Time limit for each question (need to stay within a limit)

virtual 10 question self interview ranging with the typical STAR method questions. never heard back after the virtual self interiew, did not like that sort of interview style. would prefer a live interview with an actual interviewer
