After taking a simple math test, those of us who passed were able to sit for an interview. The interview was pretty basic and they asked a lot of safety questions. They also did a hair sample drug test.
Sat in a room with a couple people from HR. They asked the most bland canned questions you can imagine. Seems like this step had little to do with questions and more to do with feeling out candidates.
