We briefed about the job for an hour then they began interviews and hair drug test. I was the third person interviewed. I was interviewed by one person while one typed my answers. I felt we had a good connection and even made them laugh. At the end of the interview I was asked if I had any questions. I said, yes, I do. What's the best thing about working for BNSF? They both said it was a great question and was just thinking about that very thing that morning. The whole interview lasted 15 minutes then I went to do my drug test. I was there a total of 4 hours. Even though I felt good about the interview within 48 hours I received the dreaded email that I was not selected.
