Very professional. Interview took place in Manchester. I was interviewed by two managers. Friendly atmosphere . HR department organised well the interview although the department is not base in UK.

They asked question about my actual job. Your best achievement in life. Why do I want to work for them? They check my knowledge about BNY Meĺon. Some question about share and asset.
It was an initial phone screening with HR, then a 30-45 min interview with my manager and 2 CSMs. Overall easy process with basic interview questions. Then 1 more convo with hr regarding offer and salary
It was an easy process and good experience, very relevant and straight forward process. The position was offered within 2 weeks of interview process. The salary expectations where not met however.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BNY in May 2023
Interview
Horrible communication and follow up from recruiting. Zero care and concern with regards for the organization professionalism. I’m sure that BNY would not the treatment which has been horrible. Sadly the message goes unread by Management at BNY.
