We were asked values-based questions, as the role was an entry-level role and no prior experience was required.

Interview
The interview process consisted of two stages. First, HR and the team. Then, a senior manager of the team makes a hiring decision. Additionally, they assigned me a complex problem to answer specific questions. The problem was not directly related to the risk management. But I solved it in MS Excel. It felt like a homework assignment, which was testing my problem-solving and MS-Excel skills. it was due in one day.
