Interviewed and offered job and in last minute turned back. They sent offer by email and later turned down. Very unprofessional and not ethical. It was a telephonic interview with very simple questions.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BORA (Austria) (Niederndorf, Tyrol)

Anfrage, Gespräch mit Gründer, pers. Gespräch vor Ort mit mehreren MA und danach nochmals einen Online Termin. War insgesamt sehr angenehm aber nicht wirklich "verbindlich", inhaltlich oder visionär. Wirklich schade.

Beworben hatte ich mich auf eine andere Stelle. Im Telefongespräch wurde dann die oben genannte Stelle angepriesen und ein neues Telefongespräch vereinbart. Danach war zwei Monate Funkstille bis dann die Absage via Email kam.
