BP Ergo interview questions

It began with a basic call for lining up the interview... followed by tele-interview... then was called in for group discussion with peers and then 1:1 with the HOD amd then offer letter. It was a smooth but rigorous process.

Initial call with the recruitment agency and once that was cleared they put me through to the branch manager of the company. And this was a one to one interview . After clearing this round the interview was scheduled with the VP sales and this was a telephonic round where the questions were about the past experience and current expectations. After this round there was the final HR round where there was salary negotiations and thats when the offer letter is offered
