BPO Convergence interview questions

It was a great experience. I got to know how the clients have to be managed. Also, I was told about the stipend structure and everything. They asked about my location and whether I will be comfortable with the working hours and how much educated I am. All such studs like how much experience do you have, etc.

Was simple and easy asked about past experience and roles and responsibility.Exposure to other functions.Managing credit note escalations.HR was good and got timely response.Immediate response by HR Team and easy joining formalities
