Hiring process was divided into 3 parts;
1. Online AM-CAT test round (english vocabulary and logical reasoning)
2. Online Svar round test (automated english listening and speaking test in uk accents.
3. HR round ( one on one telephonic interview with hr)
Why do you want to shift from sales & marketing domain to customer service? (as I'm BBA students having marketing domain and done few internships in sales & marketing)
