Interview
It was nice and conversational which meant I relaxed and could get my experience and knowledge across.
Two virtual 45 minute sessions, first with two consultants and then one with Head of and SVP.
Shame had to decline offer due to them not budging on 3 days in the office. Recruiter had said it was 2 days and found out at the end it wasnt and they wouldnt budge on that or increase salary so had to decline.
The interview process is multiple rounds, but Daniel (the recruiter) is amazing throughout the process. It typically goes: thirty-minute phone call, two video calls with senior BTS'ers, and then an in-person interview where you have to give a presentation. BTS looks for people who are business savvy and can be great writers, presenters, and salesmen/women. You don't have to be all of those things on your first day--show your strengths where you have them.
