Different...Arrive on a Friday on the owners shift. Hangout and have a drink or two. Then thrown into a bikkini or similar attire, usually unknowingly. Then mingle with the guests having them buy as many drinks possible for you in order to make the sale. Also, learning the proper way to pour beer and different techniques to make sales. Its a different experience for sure, random and interesting. Funny in some ways and you have to be a certain type of person to work there but, if you are then you will be there for some time.
