Back in Motion interview questions

Was a good balance of formal and informal, very friendly and a genuine discussion about what I was looking for in a workplace as well as what they were looking for in an employee.

Good interview experience very nice people, straightforward process. Phone interview then in person. Made me feel comfortable and they were lovely. Very professional and thorough asked difficult questions but also had small talk where they seemed to want to get to know me as a person
