Interview
Two times, they did not show up in phone interview. One of other recruiter continued to process. First of all, I had a call with this recruiter for half an hour, than they sent me an assignment. After submitting this assignment, they invited me face to face interview for one hour. Although I got ok from two technical interviewers(this information was disclosed by my reference friend who saw from the system), they rejected me saying that my assignment has not met their requirements.
