The Backbase interview process was one of the most thorough and vigorous that I've experienced in my career thus far. All the team members that I interviewed with were knowledgeable, and asked both challenging and relevant questions. I felt that structure of each interview allowed me to gain a good understanding of the role, as well as the various team members I'd be working with. I also felt that the rigorous nature of the interview process enabled me to determine that I was also the right fit for the role, and not just the other way around. The communication from the Recruitment team throughout the process was extremely proactive and personal.

The process was very smooth and welcoming, from the initial email and chat with recruitment, to meeting the team and getting to know about the role, team and company. Everyone involved did a great job and are very friendly and open.
