Badal interview questions

This was one of the worst interviews I ever had. A recruiter had reached out to me, I wasn't really looking and I thought sure why not see what is available so I agreed to the initial interview. The interviewer, I forget if he was the owner, or the CEO or CTO, he joins and just kind of goes "everyone calls me Z" and then goes on to say how amazing the company is and how brilliant everyone is and how hard everyone works and everyone is so grateful to work for him. At the time, I was looking for more of a leadership role and less of an IC role and the style of "look how great we are" in the first interview soured my mood and I did not follow up.

Not a super well-organized process. One interview session set for a public holiday and then after I noticed they moved it. For another round I received an email stating the interview will be one hour long but was actually only 30 minutes. In another interview I received a call one hour earlier asking why I did not join the call while the actual interview was set for one hour later and I had to remind them about it. Been through 4 rounds of interviews and then been ghosted without any explanation or notice.
