It was very interactive. The parking can be a little tricky but they do a great job with explaining everything. One attorney was unavailable because of a medical procedure but overall, it was a nice experience. Everyone seemed kind.

Interview
A formality, at best. I was selected by an incoming partner who I supported at a previous firm. I don't believe any other candidates were considered for the position that I was recommended for. If there were other candidates considered, the office manager never mentioned any other candidates to me, nor did she mention any of the qualifications of competing candidates.
