The hiring rep asked me about my work experience, which I then explained. She then asked me how many emails I sent a month at a particular job and then mentioned they’re looking for someone who can send “millions” of emails a month. So she’s trying to hire 1 person to send “millions” of deployments? I believe in this case, she meant to ask about list sizes / number of recipients. Her response to me was that the company is hiring extra assistance to work on these “millions of emails.”
She then goes on to explain they’d want someone more “senior level” when I have about 6 years already in the field.
You all may want to hire recruiters that aren’t rude and have the slightest clue of what they’re talking about. What a waste of time.
