Banco Popular Portugal interview questions

I was interviewed by two interviewers. Most of the questions where normal questions. I felt like the interview was for my friends benefit that referred me I to the company. I had only been on island for a few months and was already told that most companies won't even consider applicants until they have been on island for six months or more.
