Discussed fundamental concepts of mutual funds, including investment objectives, risk diversification, SIPs, NAV, and long-term wealth creation. Explored the candidate’s understanding of the financial products market and assessed their enthusiasm, communication skills, and suitability for frontline sales roles involving customer interaction, relationship building, target achievement, and client acquisition.

I applied through a pool campus drive for the IT Infrastructure Executive role. After getting shortlisted, I completed an online Technical assessment followed by a group discussion. I then appeared for the second round of the IT Infrastructure Technical assessment II. The final stage is a face-to-face interview for the IT Infra Executive position. Each Round is Elimination round.
