Interview
Only went first round interview. All mandarin during the process. Three parts of this interview overall. 1. writen test in English and Chinese 2. group discussion on some specific case(hold an big event and handle some emergency) 3. each candidate answer one English question

What could be improved in the project of your group(during the group discussion)?
2 roll of interview, cantonese Chinese or english. group interview and personal interview. Great leader and interview feeling. But the period is a little long and requires patience. Usually start from January.
