Banked interview questions

Talked with the HR and VP, both were very nice and professional people and know what they are looking for. But the third round there are engineer leads who are asking some open questions which shown very inexperience to me that I wont ask when interviewing developers... The wire part was they ask you to share screen to write code immediately which gave you super stress blank time. Easy interview with newbie questions. Guess they already decided someone internally. Totally wasted my time.

I first had a talk with a hiring manager about my background. The next part was an extra interview with an engineering lead. All-in-all it was quite a weird interview. He seemed to be waiting to hear for something in particular while asking open-ended generic questions. I was rejected without any particular explanation.
