Contacted to attend an info session of a resume drop. Info session was followed by networking, and from the networking they selected candidates for an interview - mine ended up being by phone due to location.

Tell me more about X. Every question was tailored to my resume. Completely behavioral.
The interview process was thorough and rigorous but fair and friendly. Culture is good. Four rounds of interviews with various members of the legal team. Took several weeks but they provided quick feedback throughout.

Interview
three rounds of interview, in a fairly informal setting. Some technical questions but mostly based on cultural fit. The first interview was within a couple of days of application. The follow up for for the second and third interview took a few weeks.
