First was online questionnaire regarding information, resume, etc. Then if you were selected you completed about a 30-45 minute technical evaluation of sample questions. The next step would be a 45-hr virtual recorded interview with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Last was an in person interview broken into two parts: 1) behavioral interview 2) sample case study discussion.
