Meeting with the head of advisory and a VP at the office. It was an informal meeting to introduce the main missions and check the fit. It started with a general presentation and some technical questions.

Interview
Asked how I form an investment advice. I talked through the process. Once I got to the risk management and compliance part, the head of the business (Eric Pinn) said "do you really believe in this crap. I think we are done here buddy. We will be in touch". Very rude, I thought. This guy clearly does not care about risk and imagine this guy runs the investment advisory at Barclays.
