Bare Cremation interview questions

They reached out to me for an interview - day of the interview came and no one showed up. I understand things happen so I rescheduled with them but they don't ask for my availability and just put a time on my calendar for that week and i'm unavailable. We finally find a time that works but i'm corrected on who I will be interviewing with (and not politely) despite me using the name that was given to me in the initial email. Finally we get to the interview and she's late and clearly rushed but she tells me she thinks I would be a perfect fit, asks for my availability for a 2nd round and tells me she will be in touch. After several days of silence I reach out to follow up to be met with what is clearly a templated cookie cutter rejection email. The job posting continued to remain up for several months to my bafflement but I am confident I dodged a bullet.
