Barefoot Networks interview questions

Recruiter reached out to me via Email. The complete process was expedited since i already had other offer. The recruiter scheduled a video interview for the next day. After the video interview, was invited onsite. The onsite interviews included in-depth Networking questions and coding in python. The complete process was very good and detail oriented. Also they let me know the feedback very quickly which helped me accept my other offer. It is one of the best interview experience that i had.

First with the positives: The interview was excellent. All the interviewers were smart, fun to talk to, and ambitious. Coming to the negatives: The process was too slow. I had to send a few reminder mails to keep things on track. By the end of it, I was conflicted about my interest in the company. They finally made a paltry offer, and had an apathetic attitude towards negotiation. I thought it best to decline.
