Barranco interview questions

Spoke with a nice southern belle of a woman who was a fire cracker. Her name was Deb was company recruiter. The first interview over phone. She answered all my questions and was nice as she could be. Awesome lady in my opinion. Second interview was with a panel of ppl from the hiring manager to the owner of company Dave. Ask few questions designed to stump you and a few about your character. Moments later I got a call from Deb and was verbally offered the job. Then sent me it on paper. I accepted

I had a brief phone interview with Dave and then I was scheduled for an in-person interview the next week. The second interview was a panel style interview with 8 employees and it was extremely pleasant. This company is run by two brothers and the staff were very welcoming. I declined because of salary.
