the first step was the application form then you go for Situational judgmental test and the next step is the video interview. if you pass these stages they ask you for the face to face interview.

The overall interview process was thorough, consisting of around 5 stages from submission of my CV and cover letter to the final interview. Throughout the process, particularly during the final stages, the team at Barratts offered huge support and kept me well informed, ensuring I felt settled and well prepared - it was evident the team wanted you to do the very best you could! Communication throughout was great and the team were very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the rather daunting process.
