Was expected to complete a 60 day plan as part of second-round interview, and present it to a panel of 5. After this interview I was told there would be a decision made and I would be notified by end of the week. Instead I received a call from the recruiter saying that they were unsure and could I submit a new document detailing my strategy for 'becoming self-sufficient by the end of two weeks'. Once I realised they were after more free work from me and were putting the onus fully on me for success with no forthcoming support from the team I chose to remove myself from the interview process.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Barrington Centre (Brisbane) in Feb 2023
Interview
Terrible - late to interview by 21 minutes even though they stressed that it is particulary important to be ON TIME Rude interviewer, speaks to you like you are sub-human Pay advertised is lower than what is discussed during interview Salaried role so no OT expected (but they let it slip that people will work more than 45+ hours for meagre pay)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Barrington Centre (Ferndown, England) in Jul 2021
