It was a pretty quick interview process generally. I went through two rounds and in each I was asked the usual questions. Each interview was about 15 minutes long and that was it.
Several meetings with other attorneys and Managing Partner. Nothing substantive discussed but interesting conversations. Not every attorney was interested in being in the meeting but it was a pleasant experience.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Barton (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
3 rounds of in-person interviews. Met with 3 partners, 2 associates, and the office manager. Everyone was very nice. Seemed like I was going to get the job after meeting with the managing partner, then, nothing. Never heard a single word back, followed up three times via email. Completely unprofessional jokers who wasted 2 weeks of my time while I was unemployed. Buyer beware.
