One on one with service manager. Had to take a personality test. Background check was needed to work at this dealership. The process was about what I expected. Good place to work if you dont mind working hard.

It was a very simple interview I had to go back for 2 although they do that make everybody . They ask you basic questions. It's pretty simple all together as long as you know how to do your job and have years experience you'll get in .
