The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Jan 2010
Interview
I work at Bath and Body Works and I wanted a Sales Lead position and I have been there for 4 years and thought I should think about moving up the ladder at work, but the store manager would hand pick people she liked to work with.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe your best customer service when working and describe the time you had to deliver customer service to a mad customer
Easygoing, normal. Very consistent with other customer sales lead interviews. Was offered the job on the spot after a 30 minute conversation about my work experience and why I was interested in the role.
Individual interview with the store manager followed by a group sales practice interview where we had to randomly select a product and show how we would market and sell it. Two weeks from application to job. Easy, open and friendly process.
