I applied on Saturday, and then got a call for an interview the following Monday. It was a group interview with 5 other applicants and was held in the back room. The manager was very nice, she reminded us to be ourselves that she wanted it to just be a laid back interview. She told us a little about herself and then opened it up for us to do the same. She took notes after we'd answer a question and was very professional but still friendly.
Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).

Group interview with 2 other people. Pretty straightforward questions like your work experience, favorite scent, why you want to work there, and availability. The manager was super nice and friendly.
