Interview
After submitting my application I was contacted by the Assistant Manager to schedule an interview. To my surprise, upon arrival at the store I realized it was a group interview. Once in the interview, the interviewer began asking hypothetical questions about how we would react given certain circumstances and various aspects about our personality and past work experiences. About a week or so later I was contacted and was offered a position as Sales Associate if I was interested and came in the next week to begin my onboarding.

The most unexpected aspect of the interview besides realizing it was a group interview was being told to walk around the store before the interview started and find my favorite product, which we were then asked about during the interview.

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
