Very easy hiring process. The interview is not intimidating at all... just know how to work with customers, what to say to butter them up and "get the sale"... also, have a favorite product in mind that you can talk about to show your enthusiasm for the store.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
