I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works (Corpus Christi, TX) in Sep 2022
Interview
Professional, welcoming, and genuine. The entire interview process was very down to earth. There was no intimidation or tension or any feeling of inferiority. It was very respectful and although it was the manager of the store conducting the interview I was made to feel equal to the employees as well as the employers all the while maintaining the understanding that whom I was speaking with could potentially become my future boss. The manager was very humble and professional and it felt more like I was being welcome to the family rather than getting jumped in to some unorganized dictatorship that left the lingering taste of regret before even getting to the table.

Group interview. Typical questions about past experience, dealing with customers, and working with a team. They also ask you to pick a product and describe what you like about it like you’re trying to sell it.

Interview
First, they called to set up an interview. Then, they interviewed in a small employee area of the store. They said they would get back to me within three days then they ghosted me. I called to follow up and was told they would get back to me the next week. Again, I was ghosted with zero communication (not even a rejection email).
