I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Jun 2013
Interview
The interviewer brought me into the back room of the store and discussed several things, such as hours needed, specifics of the jobs (it was a stocking job where I would only come in when they had new shipments), and what the training process would be like.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bath & Body Works in Apr 2019
Interview
The interviewer was a very friendly person who made it easy to have a conversation with. The interview took place in her office in the back of the store. She scheduled my interview at a time when the store was dead in order to give me as much time as possible. Quick tip: if they ask you if you have any more questions, SAY YES, and ask them questions about the job and things you're curious about related to the job!
There was a group interview in which 5 of us were asked questions and were all given an opportunity to respond. The interview lasted less than 30 minutes. After receiving a call back, there was a group training process with the other people from the interview who got called back.
