Hiring proces in jobs like this in Latvia is very simply - if there is free vacancie, and you have needed qualification, prity much you can get athat job.. it is becaus, not many people want to work for that low salary.. But for young people who just graduated some university or academy here in Latvia has no much opportunities, and I can be lucky if I get job in my proffession at all, so at the beginning I don't look for job with high salary, I just use my job opportunitie and work to get some experience!
