I ask 7/22 what is the decision and they say although qualified and everyone likes me, they are going to change the job to entry level and get rid of the Manager title. I am over 40, this obvious blatant ageism. Hence, I complained to HR and Diversity and Inclusion manager. They should follow EEO more closely in their marketing hiring practices.
